On October 4, 2021, the collaboration between SIBUR and TAIF Group reached fruition as they amalgamated their assets, giving rise to the largest petrochemical company in Russia and a prominent global player. This consolidation significantly fortified the resilience and competitiveness of the new company's petrochemical operations on a global scale.
