ASPET AS21CF is a General Purpose food grade PET Copolymer resin . Suitable for high pressure application such as Carbonated soft drinks, Sparkling water , Beers . ASPET AS21CF has inbuilt Fast Reheat additive to enhance absorption of Infra red radiation from IR lamps during the Re-heat Blow Molding Process providing advantages such as ; Lower preform temperature during blowing Lower oven temperature & less oven ventilation, Heating energy saving of 18 ~ 24 % in CSD performs, Possibility of increasing machine speed to a tune of 3 ~ 5 %, wider process window due to uniform heat distribution across the wall thickness of the perform, better wall thickness distribution and lower temperature processing that improves the overall strain hardening of the bottle wall and hence better gas barrier properties. . ASPET AS21CF is considered safe for food packaging application based upon compliance with FDA 21 CFR secn 177.1630, EC regulation 10/2011 , Coneg regulation for heavy metals and other similar food contact regulations.
