CR-506 is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process. It is a multipurpose product. Chemically, it's specially treated by silica, alumina, and organic compounds. Additionally, it is mainly used in applications that require high chalking resistance, high gloss, and color retentions. Besides the excellent durability, the product also has marvelous gloss, good hiding power, and exceptional dispersibility. Its chemical properties are comparable to R-960.
