MANGPOL HY035UR is a Controlled Rheology Polypropylene Homo polymer produced by latest Novolen Technology. This polymer is primarily suitable for fiber spinning operation for making fine denier multifilament yarns and non-woven fabrics. It combines excellent resistance to gas fading. MANGPOL HY035UR provides excellent stability in finished products from Ultra-violet degradation.

Recommended Applications: HY035UR is recommended for Non-woven spun bonded and fine denier multifilament yarns.  Typical Processing Temperature • Barrel Temperature : 195 - 235°C • Die Heater Temperature : 235 – 240 °C • Quench Air Temperature : 15 - 18°C  Handling & Storage Bags should be stored in dry & dust free environment at temperature below 50°C. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight & heat to avoid quality deterioration.
