R-248 is a grade of rutile TiO2 Pigment for general use, produced by sulfate process, and using high quality ilmenite with little heavy metals and no radioactive elements from Panzhihua & Xichang area as its raw material. It adopts inorganic coating of ZrO2 and Al2O3 and organic surface treatment.R-248 has stable performances when used in plastic, presenting bluish tone, good dispersibility and low oil absorption etc.
