Polysure R0536L is a Linear Low Density Polyethylene containing 1-butene comonomer, manufactured using Gas Phase – UNIPOL™ PE technology, and is well-suited for the Roto molding process. It features a low sintering time, good Environmental Stress Crack Resistance (ESCR), and a very good stiffness-impact balance. For prolonged outdoor exposure, it is recommended to incorporate an optimum level of carbon black or long-term UV stabilizer during processing of R0536L.
