COSMO Chemical Company is the only manufacturer and supplier of titanium dioxide anatase in Korea. Based on the technology and know-how that has been accumulated over 40 years, it is now a chemical company of global status and will continue to prepare for a brighter future.
The company has been producing products for industries such as the fibre industry, food industry, and electronic industry, apart from its generic products. The company offers COTIOX KA-100, a general-grade TiO2 anatase product for white pigments. It also provides COTIOX KA-320, a fibre grade type TiO2 anatase product used in textiles comprising polyester filament, stable, and acryl fibres, as well as for use in plastics, inks, etc.
The Company has recently ventured into the core materials business for secondary batteries and started the production and supply of cobalt sulfate, one of the core materials of secondary batteries, which is considered the new growth engine of Korea.
